ZONE’s color panel is highly corrosion resistant Pre-Painted steel sheet used in steel structural construction These are metallic coated steel panels used for Roofing, Cladding & False Ceiling in industrial commercial or residential applications as well as in architectural appearances such as Factory, swimming poll, Fuel pumps, indoor stadium and other sporting complexes, air hanger, pedestal over-bridge and under-pass filling or railway station etc. ZONE’S Color Panels are rolled out in single skin trpizoial shape by rool forming line maintain proper design solution and optimization between extra stifiness and materials consumption. Sheets are custom roll-formed to suit given site measurements to a maximum length of 12m (apps. 40’ – 0”). Depending on site accessibility for delivery, sheet length + - 5mm, cover width + - 4 + - 4mm and Rib Height + 5mm The Steel panel is corrugated form pre-painted steel sheet whose base materials has miniumum thickness of 0.42mm (Base metal thickness BMT) & Yield strength 550 MP a made out of cold rolled steel and shall be coated with angi-corrosive layer of hot dip metallic Aluminium-Zinc Alloy coating of Aluminium (55%) & Zinc (45 %)

Base Material : Cold Rolled Steel ()0.42mm BMT. Standard : AS 1397-1993 Brade 80 (G550). Yield : 550 MPa. Pretreatment : Proprietary Corrosion Converting Coating. Substrate : A luminium-Zinc Alloy coating AZ-150 (150g/m2) or depending On the product. Aluminium (55%), Zin (43.4 %) & silicon (1.6 %) are solidified at 6000 c high temperature the whole structure is a quaternary Al-Fe-Si-Zn Which becomes a protection layer on the Steel sheet hence preventing the penetration of corrosive factors on steel. Paint System : Primer Coating –Eposy Primer Finish Coating-Polyvinylidene Fluride (PVDF). Profile : Single Skin Trapezoidal. Fastener : No.12-16x50mm, Hex-Head Self – Drilling or Self-Tapping Screw Depending on support thikness.
